My Ideal Day

With the chirping of birds and the brilliant rays of the sunlight streaming through the cabin curtains, I awake. I feel as rested as if I was reborn. I take one foot off the bed and strech out. I opne up and stretch my art tools: my legs, neck, back and ligaments. I then take two chairs and open up into a split. Soon I concentrate and find my center. I then begin to meditate. After about 30 min or so I then return back to earth. I open the curtain shades and drop into a state of awe at the view. I am amazed a tteh beatiful view. The Sun is as yellow as can be, the sky is as blue as its never been and the sea is as calming as ever. I then walk downstairs and throw some eggs on the grill and take a carton of orange juice out. I prepare breakfast: eggs, toast, pankakes and orange juice.

After breakfast, I throw on my sneakers and shorts. Its too warm to wear a shirt, so I don't bother. I walk towards the door and as soon as I step outside I am running. I am running past the most beautiful scenery, its magical. it is just my soul and nature; the birds chirping, the bunnies bouncing around. I run and run and when I can't go further I run some more. Its as if I am running without a distance, without an end. I find myself running on the beach shore-line. Seagulls are hovering above me and the sun is hitting my face; soo radient and warm to the skin, it calms my soul. I stop and walk a bit and then begin stretching. Soon, I begin performing my Taekwon-Do Patterns I learned as a very young child. The gracefulness of the movements, the sine wave involved and proper execution of power gives me a hightened feeling of superpowers.

After completion of all my patterns, I then sprint towards the open sea without looking back and begin swimming . I swim and swim into the open sea as if I was born swimming. When I finally look back I notice that I can't even see land anymore I decide to head back. I get back to the cabin and throw off my clothes, jump into the hott whirpool and lay back in satisfaction. I just doze off in complete bliss. After an hour or so i get up and go towards the couch, I sit back and have a good read. In the act of transporting myself into my reading I then notice the sunset and soon the magical mystifying night has set down. I run outside, lay down on the sand and stair up at the sky... life's never ending mysteries. I fall asleep in a mystifying and tranquil state.

3 things I want to get out of the class...

1. I want to further build my business plan for my Martial Arts school, which i plan to open up this coming up summer.

2. I would like to learn other innovative ways to make my business thrive

3. This class will allow me to expand my ideas and possibly make my school successful. I plan to also expand my school into an organization of my own, along with my Taekwon-Do Instructor.
